The Policy, Leadership and Advocacy Bootcamp (PLAB) is built on a simple but powerful idea: that young people must not only participate in society, but must learn to think rigorously about it.

It is designed to cultivate a generation of young thinkers who approach public problems with critical reasoning, deep analysis, and bold imagination.

During the program participants develop critical thinking, analytical depth, and policy imagination equipping them to engage complex public issues with clarity, structure, and originality.

At PLAB, participants are challenged to question assumptions, interrogate systems, and propose solutions that are not only informed, but thoughtful and practical.

PLAB is intentionally structured to reflect the standards of serious policy and leadership programs globally, where ideas are tested, arguments are refined, and thinking is taken seriously.
